The story
The colours of first light: rose, lilac and saffron in a leafy print on a pale ground, dusted with silver sequins that catch the light as the wearer moves. Three lines of silver embroidery run down the front, and the same silver edges the cuffs. The cloth is light, the fall is straight, and the effect is quieter than the description suggests.
